Welcome to My Story
I have nearly 40 years of experience as a Special Education teacher. I have consistently received exemplary ratings on the Massachusetts Teacher Evaluation for my overall work performance. I currently have my Massachusetts teacher’s licenses in Moderate Special Needs (all grades), Intensive Special Needs, and Speech and Hearing Handicapped. Throughout my career, I have supported numerous students and families through the IEP and 504 processes addressing various disabilities and learning challenges. My fluency in American Sign Language and extensive knowledge of hearing loss needs have been instrumental in assisting Deaf/Hard of Hearing students and their families. Being fluent in ASL has greatly facilitated direct communication, making the support process smoother and more effective.
I want to bring this passion, experience, and dedication to your Special Needs students and support them in their academic success.
